What Is Annadanam? Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Nithya Annadanam Timings

Annadanam literally means “the donation of food.” In Hindu tradition, it is considered equal to Mahadanam — one of the greatest gifts a person can give. Unlike wealth, land, or gold, food is something every person needs without exception, which is why scriptures describe feeding the hungry as equivalent to performing a Yagna. At Tirumala, this belief takes shape as a massive, continuously running kitchen operation funded almost entirely by donor contributions.
