The temple administration has warned devotees against believing such misleading claims and announced that strict legal action will be taken against those responsible for spreading false publicity.
TTD Rejects False “Lifetime VIP Break Darshan” Claims
According to TTD, a private company identified as SCP Developers allegedly promoted a scheme on social media claiming that customers purchasing plots on the Tirupati highway would receive “Lifetime Srivari VIP Break Darshan.” TTD has categorically denied these claims and clarified that it has no connection with the company or its promotional campaign. The temple administration emphasized that no private company, organization, or individual has the authority to promise, arrange, or guarantee Srivari VIP Break Darshan in exchange for purchasing land, making investments, or participating in any commercial activity. TTD has made it absolutely clear that there is no officially approved “Lifetime VIP Break Darshan” scheme. Any company or individual making such promises is misleading the public. Devotees should always rely on official TTD communication and avoid unauthorized advertisements or social media reels that misuse the temple’s name.

TTD Clarifies: Darshan Services Are Governed Only by TTD Rules
TTD reiterated that all darshan-related services, including Special Entry Darshan, VIP Break Darshan, Arjitha Sevas, accommodation, and other pilgrim facilities, are administered strictly according to TTD’s official rules, procedures, and government-approved guidelines. Any advertisement suggesting that VIP Darshan can be obtained through real estate purchases, business deals, donations outside official channels, or promotional offers is false and misleading.
Misuse of TTD’s Name Is a Serious Offence
The temple body strongly condemned the misuse of:
- The name of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD)
- The name of Lord Sri Venkateswara (Srivaru)
- The term “VIP Break Darshan”
for commercial promotion and marketing purposes.
TTD stated that exploiting the faith of devotees through false advertisements is highly irresponsible and unacceptable.
Legal Action Against False Publicity
TTD Vigilance officials conducted an inquiry into the misleading advertisements and found that the promotional content had already been removed from social media. However, TTD clarified that removing the advertisements does not exempt those responsible from legal consequences.
The administration confirmed that strict legal proceedings will continue against individuals and organizations involved in spreading such false information.
