After Jeeva Samadhi of Venkaiah Swamy there were daily poojas and stimes harathi performed in the temple on every Tuesday and Saturday Pallaki Seva & Uyyala Seva will be performed. In Ashram premises right side of Swami Samadhi Mandiram, Ramalayam was constructed. Left side Subrahmanya Swamy Putta and Nava Graha Mandapam was constructed. From the year 1982 August 18 to August 24 Swami Vari Aradhanotsavalu will be celebrated for 7 days.

ఇది వినగానే స్నేహితులు బయపడిపోయి వెళ్ళిపోయే వాళ్ళు. పిల్లలు వెళ్ళినప్పుడు అతను ధ్యానం కోసం తలుపు వెనుక కూర్చుని ఉపయోగించాడు. స్వామి తన స్నేహితులతో కలిసి పండ్లు సేకరించి, పండ్లు సేకరించేవాడు. అతను ఒక గుహలలో చెట్ల వెనుక కూర్చుని ధ్యానం కొనసాగించుతాడు. అతని స్నేహితులలో ఎవరైనా అతన్ని కలవరపర్చినట్లయితే అతను అదే పదాలు చెప్పి వాటిని పంపించేవాడు. అక్కడే యోగిగా మారిపోయాడు.

Golagamudi Venkayya Swami Temple is open from Morning 4 AM to 2 PM and Evening 4 PM to 9 PM. Monday to Fridays opens. Golagamudi Sri Venkaiah Swamy Sarva Darshanam starts at 6:30 AM. Venkaiah Swamy Vratam

Pooja Schedule:

Morning Abhisekam: Early morning every day at around 4 30 AM there will be an Abhisekam to Sri Swamy and his Samadhi. After Abhishekam Devotees are allowed to pay respects to Swami\’s Samadhi. The water which is used for abhishekam of Samadhi is given theertham(Holy Water) to all devotees. That theertham cures all the ailments of the Devotees.

Afternoon Aarti: Samadhi puja will be done during the afternoon and after puja, anna prasadam(food) will be given to all the devotees. This is at the expense of Sri Venkaiah Swamy temple organisation.
Night Aarti: At the night, aarti would be given to Sri Swamy after which the Samadhi Mandir will be closed for darshan.

Rituals & Celebrations:

Pallaki Seva: Every Saturday night at around 8 30 PM Pallaki Seva is organized for Sri Swamy. Devotees put Sri Swamy in Doli and take him around Samadhi Mandir. One who wants to participate in this utsav should pay 116/- in the office of Sri Venkaiah Swamy organization. This symbolizes that we are doing the same seva of carrying Sri Swamy in Doli.

Golagamudi Aradhanamahosthavam

Devotees believe that their sins are redeemed by doing the physical seva to Sri Swamy. People having troubles with their health will be cured by rendering physical seva to Sri Swamy.
Vuyyala Seva: This is seva which is organized every Saturday evening at 7 30 PM. Sri Swamy will be placed in a Swing.
Annadanam: Sri Swamy Said, \”Feed the hungry, not the belching\”. In Golagamudi Ashram poor feeding is being done continuously. Food is served to everyone who visits the temple. Daily hundreds of people from the neighboring villages along with the devotees eat in Ashram.
Donations: Golagamudi Ashramam gives shelter to hundreds of people in terms of food and shelter. Devotees can participate in Ashramam maintenance by donating anything in cash or kind to the Ashramam. All the donations should be done in the office of Golagamudi Ashramam. Ashramam provides accommodation for all the devotees who visit Golagamudi.

How to Reach :

Venkatachalam Railway Station is located at a distance of 7 km from Gollapudi. From there, you can board a bus or hire a car or taxi or go to Nellore and board the buses. There are buses available from Nellore to Kgalagadi for every half an hour.

APSRTC is operating frequent buses to Golagamudi from Nellore city. All major cities of Andhra Pradesh are well-connected to Nellore city by road. You can reach Nellore either by Train or by Bus. It is about 100 Km from Temple city, Tirupati. After reaching Nellore you should go to Nellore Bus Station. From Nellore Bus Station you should board a bus going towards Anikepalle. You have a bus for every half hour.
