Apart from the regular service areas, TTD has also introduced specialized services like Parakamani seva, Laddu Prasada seva, Pilgrim Welfare Facilitation seva with some specific qualification and guidelines.

Parakamani Seva Registration Process

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams(TTD) is a premier Hindu religious institution acting as the custodian of world-renowned temple of Lord Venkateswara or Lord Balaji. Apart from its religious and spiritual activities, TTD has also taken up widespread social welfare activities including providing free food and shelter to poor, orphans, physically challenged, aged, destitute; offering free education to the deaf and dumb students; providing free medication to people and pilgrims; operating various welfare Trusts and schemes and many more.

With all these noble activities of TTD which have both religious and social face on one side and the day by day increasing popularity of the hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara on another side, the pilgrim influx to Tirumala is also increasing every day by leaps and bounds. The average pilgrim turnout to Tirumala on a year today is above 2.5crores. Along with the increase in pilgrim crowd, the revenue of TTD has also gone up by many folds in the recent times. Today the annual budget of TTD has touched the 2000crore mark, making it as the country’s richest religious institution. Over 1/3 of the major part of the revenue to TTD comes in the form of offerings made by devotees in Srivari Hundi.

To enhance accuracy in the process of counting in the Parakamani-the currency counting hall in Tirumala Temple, TTD has invited retired or in-service employees from nationalized Banking and Insurance sectors, PSUs and other government organizations to offer free voluntary services as \”Srivari Sevakulu\” exclusively for its Parakamani Wing, with specific guidelines, which came into force on 17th August 2012.
This seva is called Parakamani Seva and the volunteers who are rendering their services under this seva are known as “Parakamani Sevakulu”.

Timings

Srivari seva volunteer programs timings Bhajanai, Satsangam, and training sessions will be organised every day in the morning from 9.00 AM to 10.00 AM and then in the evenings from 6.00 PM to 7.00 PM. The people doing Srivari Seva Service in the morning can participate in the evening session and those who do service in the evenings can participate in the morning session. Once the service period is over, men should not wear items such as Bermudas or shorts and the women must not wear nighties.

Thye must judiciously use the facilities such a water and electricity. In case the members fail to follow the rules and regulations, they will not be allowed to participate in this service for the next 2 years. As this Srivari Service is a free service offered to the public. So, it is emphasised that no money should be transacted on this front to the team leaders or the members. TTD has detailed the procedures, rules, and regulations for the candidates offering Srivari Sevai Service as above. Srivari Sevakulu should be from Hindu religion only. Srivari Sevakulu who is within the age limit of 18 years to 60 years alone will be permitted for Srivari Seva. There is no Srivari Seva service tickets available to book. It is a free enrollment.

Temple will provide accommodation, food and one day darshan for free after service completion. A reward of two Laddus are given at the end of service. The accommodation for Male sevaks is at Seva Sadan near RTC Bus depot. For Female Sevaks accommodation is at PAC III complex. Srivari Sevakulu should not have been involved in any Criminal activities or cases.

Parakamani is an activity where counting and accounting of offerings made by pilgrims through Srivari Hundi viz. coins, currencies, precious items, jewelry etc. done on a day-to-day basis.

సేవకులకు ఉచిత బస కల్పిస్తారు. పురుషులకు పీఏసీ-3లో, మహిళలకు సేవాసదన్‌లో వసతి కల్పిస్తారు. సేవకులు తమ లాకర్ కోసం తాళం చెవిలు తెచ్చుకోవాలి. శ్రీవారి సేవాసదన్‌లో రోజూ సాయంత్రం 4గంటలకు డ్యూటీలు కేటాయిస్తారు. రోజుకు కనీసం ఆరుగంటలు విధులు నిర్వహిం చాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
సేవా సమయంలోనే శ్రీవారి స్కార్ఫ్‌లు ధరించాలి. గోవిందుడిని స్మరిస్తూ, భక్తులను గోవిందా గోవిందా అని సంభోదించాలి. శ్రీవారి సేవ పూర్తిగా యాత్రికుల సహా యం చేసేందుకు ఉద్దేశించిన స్వచ్ఛంద సేవ మాత్రమే. సేవ కోసం గ్రూపు కోఆర్డినేటర్‌కు కానీ సిబ్బందికి కానీ ధన, వస్తురూపంలో ఎలాంటి చెల్లింపులు ఉండవు. కేటాయించిన ప్రదేశంలోనే సేవ చేయాలి. గర్భాలయ సేవ నిర్బంధ సేవ కాదు. గర్భాలయం సేవ కోసం ఒత్తిడి చేయకూడదు.

చేయకూడని పనులు : సేవా సదన్‌లో ఉండే మహిళా సేవకులు రాత్రి వేళల్లో నైటీలు ధరించరాదు. నియమ, నిబంధనలు అతిక్రమిస్తే రెండేళ్ల వరకు సేవకు అనుమతించరు. తిరుమల ఆస్థాన మండపంలో ప్రతి శుక్రవారం ఉదయం 9నుంచి ప్రారంభమయ్యే శిక్షణ తరగతులకు శ్రీవారి సేవకులు హాజరుకావాల్సి ఉంటుంది. సేవకులు తమ చిన్నారులు, వృద్ధులను వెంట తీసుకు రాకూడదు.

Devotees should register with Srivari Seva portal for applying Srivari General Seva, Parakamani Seva & Laddu Prasada Seva. Srivari Sevaks can cancel their confirmed seva services of Parakamani / Laddu Prasada Seva in seva history or in apply Parakamani / Laddu Prasada Seva. Age limit for applying General seva is 18-60 years, for Laddu prasada seva is 18-65 years and for Parakamani seva is 35-65 years.
